Thanks to Somerset Life magazine for promoting my book Break in Communication. It's a WW2 spy thriller, just right for reading on long winter nights.

The first diamonds discovered were found in India over 3000 years ago. Being incredibly rare they were very valuable and the domain of the Rajahs. Over the centuries production has increased and diamonds became essential for industrial manufacture as well as for jewellery. In the late 1930s as the worlds major powers were re-arming for WW2 industrial diamonds were in short supply. My second book is about espionage, murder and diamond smuggling in Africa at this time.
